Wixams Retirement Village provides independent community living for over 55s in a six-acre greenfield setting near Bedford. The development is the result of a partnership between Bedford Borough Council, The Harper Trust, Homes England and The ExtraCare Trust.
J S Wright were responsible for Design, (based on a performance specification) installing, testing and commissioning the mechanical services for Wixams’ RV 230 one- and two-bedroom apartments, communal areas and facilities.
