J S Wright’s Hotel Division were responsible for the supply and installation of air conditioning (VRF) to serve 150 bedrooms along with restaurant, reception and offices within the complex, this also included hot and cold water services, mechanical ventilation and waste systems.

J S Wright’s scope of work included:

• Air Conditioning system to serve 150 bedrooms along with reception and management offices
• Ventilation systems to bedrooms, reception, public toilets and kitchen area
• Hot and Cold Water Systems to all bedrooms and public areas
• BMS trend control for hot water services along with air conditioning system within management office
