Paradise Birmingham is one of the largest office-led regeneration projects outside London. The £700million development in Birmingham city centre will comprise up to ten new buildings containing office, residential, shops, bars, cafés, and restaurants across 17 acres.

J S Wright was responsible for installing, testing, and commissioning the mechanical and electrical services for the Phase One infrastructure works.

The company previously carried out enabling works for the demolition of the city’s old Central Library to make way for a two-storey car park within the development.
