J S Wright’s Residential Division were responsible for the lndescon Court Phase 2 project, located in the Isle of Dog s near to London’s Canary Wharf.

It consists of 546 residential units spread over a six-block development along with a 129 room Hotel with leisure facilities, four retail units and communal spaces all built around communal gardens and above basement car park.

J S Wright’s scope of work included:

• above ground foul drainage & rainwater throughout
• cold water storage tanks & booster sets
• boosted cold water
• energy centre installation s including heating & chilled water pump sets & plate heat exchangers for each block
• gas fired boilers & CHP installation
• roof mounted air-cooled chillers & associated services
• trend building management system & automatic controls
• MBUS cold water & heat metering data collection system
• heat interface unit installations within each of the 546 domestic dwellings
• heating & comfort cooling fan coil unit installations in all private dwellings
• mechanical & public health fit-out of all apartments including radiators & sanitaryware installations
