J S Wright’s Residential Division were responsible for developing the infrastructure of Greenwich Reach, Greenwich, London.

This development contains12 residential blocks with 980 self contained apartments, 14 commercial units and a Waitrose supermarket.

J S Wright’s scope of work included:

• Main Energy Centre
• Natural Gas CHP Unit
• Bio Fuel LTHW Boiler
• Natural Gas Fired Boilers
• LTHW zonal primary heating distribution systems, serving 6 satellite plantrooms
• LTHW zonal secondary heating distribution systems, serving each residential block
• Boosted Cold Water systems in each of the satellite plantrooms
• Supply air system to the Energy Centre boilers
• Automatic BMS controls
• Natural Gas installation
• Supply and extract air systems, serving the stand-by Diesel Generator
• Bio-Fuel pumped delivery system
