J S Wright’s Commercial Division were involved in the installation of the mechanical and public health services to two Walsall care homes; Goscote, a 40 bedroomed dementia care home facility and Brownhills a care home with 60 bedrooms.

J S Wright’s scope of work included:

  • Mechanical ventilation to all bedrooms and to central staff areas

  • Gas installation

  • Domestic hot & cold-water systems

  • Heating distribution to underfloor heating system

  • Foul, drainage and rainwater

  • Automatic controls
