It consists of 274 residential and 17 commercial units spread over a 16 block development all built around communal gardens and above a communal basement carpark.

  • Carbon Steel & Heavy Grade Pre-fabricated Chilled Water Pipework Distribution

  • Two 720Kw CIAT Water Cooled Chillers & Interconnecting Roof Top Air Cooled Condensers
  • Trend Building Management System & All Automatic Controls
  • MBUS Heat Metering, Data Collection & Remote Billing System
  • Heat Interface Unit Installations within each of the 274 Domestic Dwellings
  • Supply & Installation of all Domestic Sanitaryware
  • Underfloor Heating Installation throughout each of the 170 Private Ownership Plots
