Stadia Three is the first residential element of Wimbledon Grounds, a new multi-million-pound development of 632 homes, anchored by a state-of-the-art football stadium for AFC Wimbledon, on Plough Lane in Wimbledon.
J S Wright was responsible for installing, testing and commissioning the mechanical engineering infrastructure systems for the seven-storey brick building and fitting out the mechanical services for 413 apartments.
