The Bagot Street development consists of 119 multiple bedroom student flats for 656 students in two blocks. The flats have been designed with 4-6 of the en-suite rooms clustered around a spacious kitchen and lounge area.

The blocks are up to 17 storeys, with the ground floor comprising the accommodation administration centre.

The former Honiton Inn in Exeter has been redeveloped as student accommodation. The new eight-storey building in the city centre comprises 120 flexible apartments along with communal facilities including kitchens, a laundry room, café bar, administration office, and cycle storage.

J S Wright was responsible for designing, installing, testing, and commissioning the mechanical and electrical services for all the apartments and amenities.
