The former Honiton Inn in Exeter has been redeveloped as student accommodation. The new eight-storey building in the city centre comprises 120 flexible apartments along with communal facilities including kitchens, a laundry room, café bar, administration office, and cycle storage.
J S Wright was responsible for designing, installing, testing, and commissioning the mechanical and electrical services for all the apartments and amenities.
