The surrounding gardens feature many ‘green’ aspects such as rainwater reclamation, greywater system, reed beds, allotments for the staff and below ground fresh air intake duct system. The office also includes several ‘green engineering’ features to limit the use of energy. These are;

• Natural Ventilation, Manual & Automatic
• Below Ground Fresh Air Intake Duct System
• Grey Water System for use in Staff WC’s
• Solenoid Valves in the Hot and Cold Water Systems
• Warm Air Recuperation Air Handling Units
