J S Wright were responsible for the design, installation and commissioning of the mechanical and public health services including the building services control package for this prestigious residential care home in West Bromwich.

The facility includes 93 apartments each complete with high specification kitchens and bathrooms. In addition, communal areas complete with restaurant dining area, hairdressing salon, fitness suite, jacuzzi, laundry and shop make up the overall experience of being a resident living in a local community.
