A new Mechanical Project Manager has been appointed to J S Wright’s project management team.
Gerry McNally, based in Birmingham, has 40 years of experience across the retail, commercial, education, leisure, healthcare, hoteland public sectors of the industry.
Gerry was previously project manager for the Birmingham branch of another M&E services provider where his credits included managing theinstallation of the mechanical services for the recent refurbishment of the Grade II-listed Studley Castle Hotel in Warwickshire.
He is currently working on the company’s £8million project to fit out 276 new apartments within the second phase of the £220millionLondon Square mixed-use development in Bermondsey, including the installation of its heating, ventilation, sanitaryware, fire protectionand drainage systems.
