Designed by Norman Shaw, Marconi House lies within the Strand Conservation Area. The development comprising of 86 superb luxury apartments and penthouses is set behind an imposing and grandiose Grade ll listed façade.

J S Wright were responsible for the design, installation and commissioning of the mechanical and public health services, including the building services control package for this most prestigious development. The apartments are finished to the highest possible standard and feature individually designed kitchen and bathrooms.

• Building Management Control for each apartment

• Domestic Water Systems serving Kitchens and Bathrooms

• Foul Drainage Systems

• Sanitaryware Installation

• Cincierge Reception Area with BMS Control to oversee the operation of

• Apartment & Capital Plantv

• Apartment Fire Control Sprinklers

• Fresh Air Ventilation serving all apartments, along with reception area
