J S Wright’s Maintenance & FM Division works in the following defined areas:
Facilities Management, Small Works, Planned Maintenance or Programmed Maintenance, Servicing,
Response Repairs, Emergency Call-out or Emergency Works undertaken outside normal working hours.

J S Wright’s scope of work includes:

• Commercial / Industrial plumbing, heating and mechanical building services maintenance
• Commercial / Industrial heating response repairs, including works undertaken outside
  of normal working hours
• Commercial / Industrial heating appliance servicing
• Facilities Management
• Domestic installation, servicing & maintenance in plumbing and central heating
• Commercial gas, oil, heating and ventilation related works
• Soft Services such as Building Security, Grounds Maintenance, Receptionist & Telephonist Staff
• Small Building Works
• Waste Disposal & Sanitary Services
