J S Wright's have been involved since Febuary 2009 in the development of the new 1300 bedroom student accommodation block on the Aston University campus completed in Augest 2010. The development consists of 4 linked buildings ranging in height from 8 to 17 storeys, arranged around and overlooking a raised sports pitch.

J S Wright's scope of work included:

• Hot Water Supply
• Above Ground Drainage
• Dry Riser Installation
• Heating distribution
• Whole House Ventilation
• Localised mechanical ventilation
• Rainwater Harvesting System
• Localised comfort cooling
• Hub room & Server room air conditioning
• External Irrigation System.
• All controls with remote BMS monitoring facilities
