Curzon Street Gateway Accommodation Block has been constructed on behalf of Unite and will be occupied by up to 750 students in purpose built bedrooms. Together with a Training Centre, Management Suite and Common Room Services. J S Wright's Residential Division has been involved in this development in an area that is undergoing major regeneration.
J S Wright's scope of work included:
- The storage of portable water in two 36,000 litre underground tanks
- Mechanical Ventilation
- Booster Cold Water Supply
- Air Conditioning
- Unvented Hot Water
- Above Ground Drainage and Rain Water Drainage from all roofs
- Smoke Ventilation to all Blocks
- Dry Riser Installation to all Blocks
