J S Wright's Residential Division were responsible for the installation and commissioning of the Mechanical and Public Health Services to these luxury apartments situated in Plumstead near Greenwich. The project consists of 119 mixed part shared ownership, part rented and disabled apartments. 

J S Wright's scope of work included:

• Central Plant Heating to serve all 119 apartments including Boiler Installations and individual plot plat heat exchanger units to provide heating and hot water. The heating is Controlled and monitored by a central BMS control system and which allows full monitoring, control and pre-payment metering
• Biomass Boiler Installation
• Wet Riser Installation
• Car Park Ventilation Systems
• Boosted Cold Water distribution to each apartment
• Domestic Hot and Cold Water Distribution to each apartment
• Gas Installation to Main Plant
• BMS Installations to Main Plant
• Foul Drainage System
• Sanitary Ware Installation
