J S Wright's Residential Division were responsible for the installation and commissioning the mechanical and Public Health Services to these luxury apartments situated in Romford. The apartments consist of 90 mixed social and private apartments with POD bathrooms and kitchens.  

J S Wright's scope of work included:

• Central Plant Heating to serve all 98 apartments including Solar Heating, boiler Installations and individual plot plate heat exchanger units to provide heating and hot water. The heating is controlled and monitored by a central BUS control system which allows full monitoring, control and billing remotely to each apartment.
• Dry Riser Installations
• Domestic Hot & Cold Water distribution to Communal areas and with each apartment
• Gas Installations to main plant
• Controls Installations to central plant
• Foul Drainage Systems
• Sanitary Ware to non residential areas
