When John Shilrock Wright first went into business as a jobbing plumber in 1890, he could

hardly have imagined the value of the legacy he would leave. For throughout a glittering

history spanning three centuries, J S Wright has grown from a small family firm to one of

Britain’s leading building services specialists. Personal service, quality workmanship and

sheer hard work have laid the foundations for the modern dynamic high-tech operation the

company is today. Even in the toughest of times, we have been fortunate to have had an

excellent team ethic encompassing everyone in the company to ensure our continuing success.

Ever skilled in the latest technology, we are the company of choice for the design, installation

and maintenance of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, with multi-million-pound

projects in the Midlands, London and beyond. We are also specialists in an increasingly wider

range of building sectors, from hotels, homes and leisure centres to offices, student residencies

and extra care schemes. All our employees pride themselves on their work. Many choose

to develop their entire careers with us with the help of our ongoing development programmes

 and the support of senior staff, many of whom have been with us since they were apprentices.

Ever courteous and helpful, we are also a happy company that builds and maintains a real

family relationship between ourselves and our customers and suppliers. This is reflected in
