J S Wright's Hotel Division have completed the latest addition to the Mint Hotel Group, (formerly City Inns), at Tower Hill, Pepys Street, London. The Hotel consists of 574 rooms spread over 9 floors. In addition to this, there are 5 meeting rooms, 3 conference rooms all with their own dining facilities, a main restaurant and bar restaurant. An impressive sky lounge with its own meeting rooms, bar and dining facility and dedicated kitchen is situated at roof level.

J S Wright's scope of work included:

• Chilled water and heating installation including off site boiler fabrication
• Mechanical ventilation to all areas including bedroom, reception and back of house areas
• Extra Low Temperature to fan coil units in bedrooms
• Domestic hot and cold water distribution to all areas
• Gas installations to main plant, CHP and kitchen areas
• Kitchen services installations
• A fully addressable Building Management System
• Foul Drainage Systems
• Sanitary ware to non residential areas
• Life safety systems including smoke ventilation, associated fire rated duct work installations, smoke clearance and AOV installations.
