J S Wright's Commercial Division were involved in the installation of the Mechanical and Public Health Services to this Healthcare unit in Stirchley, Birmingham. The Healthcare village comprises five secure Healthcare Building with various levels of secure care.

J S Wright's scope of work included:

• Mechanical Ventilation to all blocks including Anti Ligature Terminals
• Individual Gas Fired Water Plantrooms and distribution to each block
• Gas Installations
• Domestic Hot & Cold Water Distribution
• Foul Drainage Systems
• Building Management Installations to site wide Central Controls Station
• Specialist Anti Ligature Secure Sanitary Ware Installations
• Specialist Water/Power Lock Out Controls to each room via Touch Screen Controls within the individual Nurses Stations
• Underfloor Heating to the Administration and Sports Hall Block
