J S Wright's Commercial Division were responsible for the installation and commissioning of the Mechanical & Public Health services to this partly new build and partly refurbished 3 storey office block. The building consists of ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor cellular offices with ground floor Boiler room and car park

J S Wright's scope of work included:

• Chilled water and heating installations including passive chilled beams and radiators
• Mechanical ventilation to all areas and back of house areas
• Gas Installations to ground floor boiler room
• DX Cooling to Comms Room
• A Fully addressable Building management system
• Foul Drainage Systems
• Sanitaryware to toilet blocks
