Apprentices

J S Wright takes pride in the fact that we employ a Technical Apprentice and Craft Apprentice every year in order to maintain and provide stability for the future growth of the business.

Currently 2 of the existing board directors began their time as apprentices along with 3 senior managers illustrating the vision for promotion from within.

In 2007 the "J S Wright Academy" was setup up for all apprentices which includes an annual 2 day "get away" allowing time to get to know each other, working methods, techinical training and of course "funtime".

New Technical Apprentice James Owen (below right) is joined on 27th June 2011 with first year apprentice Robert Stevens (middle) and West Midlands Training Group Apprentice of the Year 2010 Thomas Hollywood (left).
