J S Wright are committed to the provision of a safe and healthy working environment and recognise that the assistance and support of all Staff, Clients and Suppliers is essential to achieve and improve on the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, associated legislation and relevant industry standards. While the ultimate responsibility for health and safety within J S Wright rests with me, as Managing Director, other Directors are to ensure that the business is managed and adequately resourced to reduce the risks to the health and safety of our employees.

J S Wright will seek practical means of characterising, quantifying and monitoring all aspects of its impact on the environment. Such impacts include emissions to air, discharges to water, disposal of solid and other wastes, use of land, water, fuels, energy and other natural resources, and discharges of thermal energy, noise, odour, dust, vibration and visual impact. We will strive to ensure that it meets all legal and other regulatory requirements and codes of practice, including relevant consents, permits and authorisations from the regulators and local authority.
